DEREK CONVER

Derek Conver works for Garland Griffiths Knaupp Attorneys as an associate attorney primarily in the field of mortgage servicer error and foreclosure defense litigation from his office in Eagle Mountain Utah.  Derek gained experience working in the Oregon office of Garland Griffiths Knaupp Attorneys in early 2015.  Working for the managing attorney Ben Knaupp, Derek gained experience bringing claims and defending foreclosure cases involving national mortgage loan servicers including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Green Tree, Bayview, Ocwen and others.

Derek's background in accounting and credit account analysis and management makes him uniquely qualified to analyze mortgage servicer cases for the firm.  Using a client's monthly loan statements and annual escrow analysis and other documents, Derek can identify mortgage servicer errors relating to the calculation and collection of payments, fees, costs, interest charges, escrow account requirements, and credit reporting.
