Ben Knaupp and his associates were outstanding professionals that made my legal matters less stressful and easy to deal with. My legal situation was an emotional roller coaster for me because my military career was on the line. The fear of not knowing how to manage the legal matters as well as not knowing if I would be allowed to remain active in the military was the biggest crisis of my life and I needed a strong front to assist me through the process. When I called they listened to me and knew exactly what to do. It was the assurance and strength I was in search of. The process went smoothly and without any problems, which was a welcomed change! My court appearance was scary, but I had support by my side and knew it would be okay, and it was. My schedule is very busy and they were able to work around it, making it an easy and non-stressful experience. I don’t hope that any of my friends or colleagues need legal help, but if they do I know exactly who they will need to contact. My situation was resolved and I am able to move forward in my life and career thanks to the support and expertise of Ben Knaupp and his associates.

I have had the opportunity to work with Ben Knaupp and his associates three times in the last year:
1) 1st time I worked with Richard Butler to draft and serve a letter requesting the return of a vehicle. This vehicle was returned to me and I enjoyed working with Richard Butler.
2) I met with Ben Knaupp for him to review and recommend my options on a non-compete contract. I was very pleased with his knowledge of Oregon’s employments laws and his recommendation.
3) Again, I needed a letter served and I worked with Ben Knaupp and his associates to see if their private investigator could do this for me. Although we didn’t need his services after all, I still am very pleased with their services.
