Garland Griffiths Knaupp Attorneys now McKean & Knaupp Attorneys, LLC

Garland Griffiths Knaupp Attorneys has merged with Hillsboro law firm McKean Evers in early 2018. The firm is now McKean & Knaupp Attorneys, LLC.
On September 1st, the firm moved to a new and larger office located at 101 SW Washington Street, on the corner of 1st and Washington St. in downtown Hillsboro only 2 blocks from our original office. The new law firm has two partners Benjamin Knaupp and Matt McKean, and employs two associate attorneys, Sara Kearsley and Richard Butler. The firm is managed by Ben Knaupp and Matt McKean, and our attorneys provide services in the fields of residential and commercial real estate, business, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, adoption, guardianship and conservatorships, trusts, foreclosure defense, mortgage servicer error, and tax law.

Ben Knaupp is appointed as a Pro Tem Judge for Washington County Circuit court for a 3 year term. Pro Tem judges are volunteer judges who serve the court in a limited function generally once per month.
